Lucy's Butterfly Farm
Last summer (2010) I was asked to breed butterflies and grow plants for a very special project. It was a butterfly enclosure designed & constructed by Photosound from the UK., www.photosound.com. The enclosure held more than 250 monarchs and painted lady butterflies and twenty five host and nectar plants. I was onsite to make sure the butterflies were in a comfortable and happy environment. It was a walk through enclosure providing a very close butterfly experience for viewers and a safe environment for the butterflies.
